3. #9; history of trauma two years prior. Open apex; incompletely formed root; PAR, swelling.

4. Pulpectomy; Co (OH) 2; collen and Cawit.

5. 2/23/16. Regenerative procedure. BioXclude placed in canal space after bleeding through opex is stimulated. Sealed with Biodentine and composite resin.

6. 8/16/16. Resolution of PAR; root thickening; apical closure; denin bridge formation. Positive response to cold test.
