BioXclude - Do You Want 1.5 - 2 mm Tissue Height? Watch & Learn, 3-Day Training Course
“How do you gain an extra 1.5 to 2 mms of soft tissue height in your immediate implant cases without any extra work?” we asked Dr. Dan Cullum. “BioXclude® ” he answered. “Simply place the optimized amnion-chorion membrane up onto the healing abutment and watch the tissue grow up.” No joke. See below. Pictures are worth 1,000 words.

Dr. Cullum first bought BioXclude in 2011, initially only using on select cases. 14 years later, Dr. Cullum “uses BioXclude in every dental implant case and has transformed his practice.” There are two ways to benefit from this earned knowledge:
(1) Watch Dr. Cullum’s lecture from annual AO meeting last month in Charolette, NC. It is 45 minutes and provides an excellent review on the use of BioXclude in immediate implants. Click to Watch.
Or,
(2) Learn from the placental master of immediate implants himself. Attend Dr. Cullum’s hands-on training courses, June 6-8, and October 10-12. Attend both sessions to get fully trained in the art of using BioXclude to transform your dental implant practice. Click for Information.

One-way BioXclude is optimized for dental surgery. Removing the layer of epithelial cells from amnion to expose the basement membrane rich in extracellular matrix proteins including laminin and laminin-5 which naturally hasten cell migration. |

BioXclude is the most versatile regenerative material in dentistry. By providing both an occlusive barrier and inherent biological factors that are known to play an important role in wound healing, BioXclude can provide significant clinical advantages over traditional barrier membranes. To emphasize these benefits, I am pleased to share a BioXclude article published in The International Journal of Periodontics & Restorative Dentistry (IJPRD) by Dr. Vinay Bhide, DDS, MSc (Aurora, ON, Canada). Click here for the full publication.
As you will see, this was a very challenging case with a successful outcome. In the publication, Dr. Bhide concludes, “While thorough defect debridement and meticulous implant surface decontamination with the titanium brush, used in combination with the chemical elements described above, were undoubtedly important for the successful results in the present case, it is likely that the choice of barrier membrane was also a critical factor, given the severity of the bony defect. For these reasons, BioXclude was selected for its unique physical and biologic properties, thus making it an attractive alternative to the traditionally used collagen-based membranes.”
BioXclude is only the beginning. The best is yet to come. Thank you. Snoasis Medical has big plans and we appreciate your support.
