2024 Academy of Osseointegration Annual Meeting BioXclude Poster Presentation and YETI Winner

Snoasis Medical had a great AO meeting! Both corporate forums were packed with 75 and 85 attendees, respectively. We had a poster presented (highlighted below). Three different speakers shared cases that used our BioXclude® optimized amnion-chorion membrane. 250+ doctors visited our booth. Of them, 89 participated in the Win the YETI drawing.

The presented poster demonstrated that BioXclude positively impacts proliferation, migration, and differentiation/mineralization of bone marrow derived stem cells (BMSCs) and does so in a dose dependent manner. Yes, it is only an invitro study. Nonetheless, this independent data supports Dr. David Urbanek’s rational, whose lecture we featured last month, for adding multiple layers of BioXclude over a single site to increase the amount of growth factors.
