Snoasis Medical Product Ordering Policy
All product orders must be to addresses located within the United States. Any orders which are placed to addresses not located within the United States will not be processed.
Snoasis Medical only sells product to licensed dental doctors (DDS & DMD). The use of Snoasis Medical products in non-dental applications is prohibited. Snoasis Medical reserves the right to invalidate any order if it is determined that the recipient is not a licensed dental doctor.
Snoasis Medical Identification and Traceability Policy
Snoasis Medical is required under 21 CFR 1271.290 to establish and maintain a system for the identification and traceability of every unit of product it ships. Under this system Snoasisis Medical has the ability to trace every unit of product from its recipient back to the tissue donor and trace each tissue donor to the recipient of the unit of product.
